Shipping-
We use Fedex/ DHL & TNT for shipping our products. 
As it is our responsibility to have your product delivered on time and safely we insure all our shipments. However, in case if the item is lost or damaged please inform us within 2 days and send us a photo (in case of product is damaged).
All our products are carefully packed with 2 layer packing. 1st Layer transparent pp & 2nd layer is white HDPE sheet.
Tracking number  of the parcel will be provided within 2 days of shipment sent.
Please allow 4-5 working days for shipment to arrive. 

For customers in CANADA, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA 

As the recipient, you are liable for all import dutiescustoms and local taxes ... Most US customers do not have to pay any duties or taxes on their purchases

Returns-
We try our level best in providing a detailed description of the product & providing accurate photos for color reference. So that you are happy & confident with your purchase and it does not come to a stage where you would want to return. However, if you are unsatisfied with the product do not worry. We offer a full refund (return delivery charges in customer account). PLEASE CONTACT US WITH IN 2 DAYS.
Please note- As the nature of production technique is by hand, minor imperfections, retouch (in vintage rugs) are acceptable. These actually add value and uniqueness to the rug.
